Lucas is the hero in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. He has big dreams and high hopes. He is a strong trainer, is energetic, and will do anything to protect Dawn, his crush. His adventure starts off when Barry's shenanigans get them into trouble. He eventually sees Cyrus, who then walks away. Throughout the game, Lucas stops Team Galactic's plans for destroying the universe, defeats all 8 gym leaders, defeats Cynthia, and goes to the Battle Frontier. Like Pokémon Trainer Brendan, Lucas can compete in contests (here called Super Contests).
